What It's Like to Work With Us

We know how important these images are, and we want every couple to walk away with something tangible in their hands without having to think about it later or pay extra for it. We believe in all-inclusive pricing. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, no "we'll talk about that after the wedding." What you see here is what it costs.

Every photo package includes a base album

That gives us enough time to be there from getting ready through the important reception moments, without rushing through anything that matters.

We do not deliver based on a set number of images. Every wedding is different, and the scope of what we deliver is shaped by what actually happens: the size of the guest list, the bridal party, the family, the number of events, how many people are giving speeches, and whether the couple is doing a first look or private vows. Our goal is to cover every meaningful moment fully, not hit an arbitrary number.

We are based in Atlanta, Georgia. There are no travel fees for any event, regardless of distance.

For single-day events more than 3 hours away, or multi-day events more than 1 hour from Atlanta, a lodging fee of $250 per night applies to cover accommodations near the venue.

If a wedding falls during a busy season and delivery may take longer, we communicate that at the time of booking so there are no surprises.

Planners, we come with our own shot list and are always happy to work from yours.

The laughter, the tears, the way a father looks at his daughter before the ceremony, the way a partner reaches for a hand without thinking. We also care about light, composition, and creating images that feel both natural and intentional.

We are present but not in the way. We guide when it helps and step back when the moment does not need us. For family formals and group portraits, we come prepared with a plan and move through them efficiently so your client can get back to enjoying the day.

Practical Details

For multi-day events, we study the structure and pace of ceremonies like Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, and Baraat before we ever arrive. These are not background events on a timeline. They carry real significance, and we photograph and film them that way.

We also know that family plays a central role in many of these celebrations. Before the wedding, we ask about the people who matter most so we can pay close attention to those relationships throughout the day.

If a celebration includes traditions we have not yet covered, we do the work ahead of time. We research, we ask thoughtful questions, and we collaborate closely with the planner and family so that nothing meaningful is overlooked.

Our Approach

We have covered weddings across African, Jewish, Christian, interfaith, and fusion traditions, and we are familiar with South Asian celebrations across both Hindu and Muslim religious backgrounds. We approach every cultural wedding with preparation, respect, and a genuine desire to understand what matters most to the couple and their families.

We are still here to help with timeline guidance, location scouting, lighting recommendations, and making sure the day feels well-paced. That said, we strongly recommend having at least a month-of coordinator in place for your wedding day.

Weddings have a lot of moving parts, and our job is to be fully present to what is happening in front of us. If we are focused on making sure the event runs smoothly, we cannot be fully focused on capturing each moment the way it deserves. When someone else is handling coordination, we can do our best work, and your experience will be better for it.

For couples without a planner

We share the gallery with your team so you have images for your own portfolio and marketing.

After the wedding

We follow your lead. If the timeline shifts, we adjust without adding stress. We communicate directly with you about what we need and when, and we coordinate with any other vendors on-site, including videographers and content creators not booked through us.

On the wedding day

We review your timeline from a photo and video perspective and share feedback on timing for key moments like first looks, family portraits, golden hour, and transitions. For South Asian and multi-day weddings, we are happy to join run-of-show calls to align on the full event schedule. We always offer, but we never require it. Your process is your process, and we respect that.

How We Work With Planners

These are starting points. We build the actual timeline together based on priorities and schedule.

Full-day documentation from early prep through the end of the reception. Common for multi-event days and large celebrations.

12+ Hour Coverage

Everything above, plus additional time for bridal details, extended portrait time, or late-night reception coverage.

10-Hour Coverage

Getting ready, first look or pre-ceremony portraits, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception through key moments (first dance, toasts, cake cutting).

We carry active business insurance for every event.

Insurance

We are part of several Atlanta wedding vendor communities and have a network of trusted photographer and videographer partners across the city. Before every wedding, we confirm availability with backup partners in case of a last-minute emergency. We only activate backup coverage in genuine emergencies, such as a contagious illness or an immediate family emergency.

Emergency coverage

We bring backup cameras, batteries, multiple camera angles, and multiple sources of audio to every event. An additional photo and video camera is always on-site and ready in case anything fails.

We take reliability seriously because a wedding day is not something that can be rescheduled.
